We are opening our new songwriting studio in Berlin
With our new location at the Reichenberger Studios in Berlin-Kreuzberg, we at Schedler Music are expanding our international network to include another key creative hub.
Alongside our headquarters in Tyrol and our Vienna office, which has been in operation since 2023, Berlin represents a logical next step in our development. We have been active in the German market since 2005 through our own German GmbH and are a full member of GEMA. The new writing studio underscores our long-term commitment to the German-speaking world. The Berlin office is specifically geared towards supporting songwriters and artists. It offers space for collaborations, writing sessions and international networking. With its vibrant music and cultural scene, Kreuzberg provides an inspiring environment in which new ideas can emerge and flourish.
Maria Uthmann, who works in A&R at Schedler Music and acts as the main point of contact for Berlin, is responsible for establishing and developing our Berlin office. Maria has been part of our Vienna team from the very beginning and has been officially working for Schedler Music from Berlin since the start of the year. With her many years of experience in label and artist management, Maria brings extensive industry expertise to the role. Her career has been shaped by roles at Universal Music Berlin and in management for artists including Sarah Connor and Nico Santos. In her current role, she oversees our activities not only in Berlin but across the entire German-speaking region.
With our expansion into Berlin, we are strengthening our presence in one of Europe’s most important music markets and underlining our commitment to supporting artists and songwriters sustainably, fostering their creativity and creating long-term opportunities.
