Schedler Music Signs Daniel Fellner

Schedler Music has signed Austrian musician, producer, and songwriter Daniel Fellner.

Fellner, who was born in Wiener Neustadt, began his musical career as a singer and guitarist in the metal scene. He became known to a wider audience primarily through his long-standing collaboration with Seiler and Speer. He has produced numerous songs for the duo and also works as a guitarist, musical director, and songwriter. Among other things, Fellner contributed to the song „Herr Inspektor“ which won the Amadeus Austrian Music Award for Song of the Year in 2020.

Throughout his career, Fellner has also collaborated with artists and bands such as Wolfgang Ambros, EAV, Turbobier, Harakiri for the Sky, and Pizzera & Jaus. In doing so, he combines his experience in metal, rock, and pop with a keen sense for contemporary dialect music and catchy songwriting.

“Daniel has been shaping the Austrian music scene for many years—often behind the scenes, but with an enormous creative influence. He understands songs from a wide variety of perspectives and guides them from the initial idea through songwriting and arrangement to the finished production. This versatility, combined with his experience and his very pleasant and engaging manner, makes him an exceptionally exciting songwriter for us. I’m very excited to be able to support Daniel in his publishing endeavors alongside our team going forward,” says Jan-Simon Wolff, A&R manager at Schedler Music.

Since 2023, Fellner has also been a member of AUT of ORDA. Together with Paul Pizzera, he blends dialect pop with influences from rock, hip-hop, electronic music, and singer-songwriter pop. Their debut album, “Das Empörium schlägt zurück,” reached number one on the Austrian album charts in 2024. On September 18, 2026, the band released their second studio album, „Die Leichtdichtheit des Seins“ .

The first concrete creative connection with Schedler Music came about through the Austrian artist and Schedler songwriter Caro Fux. Schedler Music brought Fellner and Fux together for a collaboration. Working alongside Gabi Horn and Lukas Plöchl, they co-wrote the song “Peter, warum,” among others, on which Fellner also served as producer.

“Our collaboration with Caro Fux has already shown just how well Daniel fits into our existing roster, both personally and creatively. Not only does he bring a wealth of musical and production experience to the table, but he’s also someone who inspires other creatives, bridges different musical worlds, and always keeps the song at the center of it all. We see numerous exciting synergies with our songwriters, artists, and producers, and we’re very excited to welcome Daniel to Schedler Music on a long-term basis,” explains Alexander Schedler.

With their new album in tow, Daniel Fellner and Paul Pizzera will take AUT of ORDA on the „Die Leichtdichtheit des Seins“-Tour. The tour kicks off in Munich and winds through Salzburg, Amstetten, Graz, and Linz, culminating in a final concert at the Gasometer in Vienna.
