Music connects - The Winter Songwriting Camp in Tyrol

From 19 to 25 January, 29 talented songwriters, artists and producers from Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Slovenia came together to be creative. In six intensive days – including five writing days – numerous new songs were created that enriched the musical work of the participants.

The participating artists included Esther Graf, Ina Regen, LORI, Sandra Hesch, Florian Künstler, Josh, BAC, Luca Hänni, die Fäaschtbänkler, FARGO and Anna-Maria Zimmermann, who wrote new songs for themselves together with the participants.

Renowned songwriters such as Severin von Sydow, Johannes Sumpich, Tamara Olorga, Kathi Schwarz (Revelle), DANA, Falk, Anja Werber, Ilja Krut, Oliver Lukas and Daniel Sommer as well as experienced producers such as Dany Weisz, Gabriel Geber, Luf (Alex Werth and Niko Faust), Gabi Horn, Florian Krahe, Miha Hercog and Benji Alasu also enriched the camp with their expertise and creativity.

In addition to the studio sessions, the camp offered a wonderful opportunity to exchange artistic ideas, make new contacts and gain valuable experience. Even away from the music, the time spent together in a relaxed atmosphere was greatly appreciated. The result? 40 impressive songs that emphasise the versatility and talent of the participants. A songwriting camp of the highest calibre.

‘Thanks to the high-quality equipment from Austrian Audio (microphones and headphones) and the instruments from Yamaha (guitars and electric basses), we were able to produce the new songs in top quality. We would also like to thank SKE (austro mechana’s fund for social and cultural organisations) for supporting our camp. The Schedler Music Winter Camp 2025 was once again a complete success and left unforgettable impressions.
